My 7yo daughter and I had an amazing time on the Sealife tour. We walked up and were surprised to be able to get a flight that same day. They were professional during the booking, in flight, and pointed out landmarks along our flight. We are going to make a reservation the next time we are down for the Island tour. Highly recommend this fun adventure!

My husband and I did the 24 mile island tour. It was an anniversary gift to my husband who had never flown in a helicopter before.

Booking agent answered the phone even though it was 30 minutes before the company opened. We booked and paid for a same day, opening flight.
Melissa (our in-person, prior military, agent) got us ready for the flight.
Neil was our pilot. He knew a lot, shared a lot of his knowledge, and our flight was great. We really enjoyed it!

We had one issue that was booking related, but the customer service was PHENOMENAL and our schedule was laid back (island time flexible), so we just went with the flow and didn’t get upset when our booked time had to change…twice…due to items beyond the company’s control.

First time flying in any helicopter and Galveston Helicopters made it an amazing first experience. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to fly and become better acquainted with Galveston. Our pilot Sam was great, funny and knowledgeable of the island. Overall a wonderful tour guide. We experienced the sunset tour and all of the staff were great and hospitalable. We did have some technical issues with the camera not saving our pictures, the upside was the response from the staff. They reshot the photos and despite still having camera issues were willing to reshoot again the next day.
In conclusion, my fiancée and I highly recommend them for an awesome experience.

Wow! What an experience!! Hunter was an amazing pilot and Melissa kept us laughing and entertained while we waited! This was my first trip to the ocean and the helicopter ride was the best way to see the entire island. Side note to Melissa, I’ll keep stretching my calves on those good curbs!😂😂

This was my first time in a helicopter. What a heck of an experience! I called over and spoke to Kyle to see if they were flying on Thursday afternoon and they were open! He was super helpful on the phone. I signed up and within 15 minutes I was up in the air with Neil. He is an awesome pilot who made the experience. He told me about all the spots we flew over with great commentary and he did some banking turns to my comfort level. What an amazing experience. He even suggested I eat at Katie’s, which I just left and was extremely thrilled with his recommendation. Overall I give this experience 5+ stars!!!

This hands down was one of the best things to do! We tried for days to get a tour, but the fog had other plans. So glad I chose to do this helicopter ride. I got to sit in the front seat and the view was amazing. The pilot was very nice and funny and made me feel safe. The desk agent was super friendly as well. It’s a quick ride but an unbelievable view. Highly recommend if you’re in the area with some free time.

It was my first time to experience a helicopter ride. Our pilot Neal, was patient and accommodating, making sure I was comfortable. He was very informative and had a great sense of humor. My husband had riden before, so he let me set in the front seat beside Neal. I felt completely safe and at ease! I would definitely go up again!
